TPS IMMOBILIERE offers for annual rental, a metal frame factory with a height between 6 and 7.5 m, built on a plot of 1600 m², located in the industrial zone of Fondek Jdid, 32 km from Tunis, 36 km from Hammamet and 28 km from the seaport of Rades.
It is composed of 3 workshops: an administration and 2 premises with the following areas:
The 3 workshops total a covered area of 740 m2 (resin industrial paving):
• The administration in unfinished r+1 (4 large offices and 2 shower rooms): 100 m².
• Local 1: Composed of an office for caretaker with bathroom, shower and customs office, all with an area of 40 m².
• Local 3: Composed of an office, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom for 12 workers, all with an area of 40 m².
All workshops have metal curtain doors with electric controls.
Workshop 1 and 2 intercept each other inside.
workshop 3 has a covered area of 300m2 in sandwich panels, food grade resin floor, stainless steel gutters, septic tank 32 m3, gas and electricity (160 kva transformer thus installed two force meters).
This factory has an easy entrance for semi-trailers as it is located in a non-polluting activity zone.
