The ground floor welcomes us with a fountain that sits in the hall and precedes a living room of yesterday including a fireplace around which the winter evenings will be warmest.
Leaving on the left, it is the turn of a large living - dining room arranged and decorated with taste and refinement. The room is bright with its large bay windows, vaulted roof and subtly scattered illuminated niches that give even more light and volume to the house. The bay windows open onto a furnished terrace next to the mown lawn and the swimming pool which invites to swim.
Back on the lobby, and to the right side of the house, it is a large kitchen that welcomes us and opens onto a small terrace and barbecue area. On the ground floor are also a shower room and a maid's room.
Going upstairs, three rooms presents to the occupants. Two spacious having their own bathroom and dressing room. The third is the master suite with a large terrace overlooking the pool.
